Hollyoaks has aired a shocking crime cliffhanger for Jack Osborne and Norma Crow.
In Monday's (June 5) first-look episode on E4, Jack discovered he'd come across one of Norma's associates back in the 1990s when he was working a case for the local police.
Jack found himself being drawn into Norma's orbit after he discouraged new village arrival Sharon from taking up Warren's invitation for a date.

Meanwhile, Norma was confronted by an ex-criminal associate, Terry Smart, who she'd put behind bars. Worried that he could wreck her criminal empire, Norma offered to cut him in for a portion of the beauty salon.
Former cop Jack Osborne happened to be walking by during Norma's tense showdown with her old criminal associate — and was perplexed when he heard the name 'Terry Smart' mentioned.
Jack went back home and searched through his old detective notebooks, before Warren interrupted to complain about him putting Sharon off his romantic romantic advances.
"That woman deserves a lot better than you," Jack insisted.

Warren angrily pushed past Jack, just before the former policeman got a call from a former contact and revealed he'd had "dealings" with Terry in the 1990s.
"[Terry is] sniffing around one of the families with a more criminal element in the village," Jack confided in his source. "I'm just worried what he's going to do next and who he's going to hurt."
The episode closed with Terry ominously lurking in the shadows as he watched an angry Warren stomping away…
